Refunds are credited as balance within your CheapGrow account, allowing you to use these funds for other purchases on our platform. Refunds are **not** processed outside of the platform, and we do not issue refunds to bank accounts, credit cards, or other external payment methods.


### 3. **Non-Refundable Circumstances**

Refunds will not be provided if:

- The service has already been successfully delivered as described.

- Issues arise due to misuse or violation of social media platform policies.

- You request a refund to an external payment source.
